Auto Jigging Rod
A solid carbon rod which provides the necessary strength matched with the ability to deliver jig movement by loading under jig pitch pressure and unloading after each motor retrieve burst. Otto is designed specifically for use with electric reels in auto jigging mode. Otto will allow you to fish a variety of jig types including vertical high speed, slow pitch, ball, and squidtrex style artificials.

Fixed Alps™ Bent Butt
Affixed with a custom designed zero-degree Alps™ bent butt section, the rod now has the perfect angle for effective use both while performing the jig as well as loaded up while tight to a fish. Auto Jigging was simply not successful unless hand holding without the creation of this bent butt. The butts are CNC machined from 6061-T6 marine grade aluminum and given Alps™ signature hard anodized coating.
