The Johnny Jigs® Torpedo Chartreusey takes the proven Torpedo mold and dresses it in a bold all-UV glow chartreuse profile built for maximum visibility. This exclusive limited release pairs a bright glow body with a Japanese fish scale foil back, creating both deep-water visibility and lifelike flash in one premium finish.
The layered chartreuse glow profile gives this jig a clean, aggressive look that stands out immediately, while the foil backing beneath the finish mimics natural baitfish scales and throws flash as the jig moves through the water column.
Built on the proven Torpedo mold, this jig is designed for a fast drop speed that makes it possible to fish efficiently in challenging current and drift conditions. Its balance-weighted design allows the jig to fall horizontally and produce a mild to moderate action under little to no line tension.
This limited edition has proven successful on snowy grouper, yellowedge grouper, scamp grouper, queen snapper, blackfin snapper, alfonsino, wahoo, tuna, jacks, blueline tilefish, and golden tilefish.
