Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at JohnnyJigs.com. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
In many cases, orders are shipped out the same day if placed early and order volume allows.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Orders placed with expedited shipping (e.g., Next Day Air, 2-Day, etc.) after our normal afternoon mail pick-up or on weekends/holidays will be processed, packed, and shipped on the next business day.
Expedited shipping reduces the carrier’s transit time, but it does not shorten our order processing time.

Estimated shipping times displayed at checkout represent the carrier’s transit time after your order has been picked up from our facility by the mail carrier.
These estimates do not account for the processing period mentioned above.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control once the package is with the carrier.

Johnny Jigs ships worldwide and to all U.S. territories.
International and overseas shipments, including U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, may experience longer transit times due to customs processing, import duties, and overseas shipping logistics.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government.
Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and may be extended due to customs inspections, local postal delays, or other international shipping factors.
