Levels 1–3 feature Johnny Jigs® Slow Pitch Jigs generally ranging from approximately 120g–350g, giving you a versatile selection for a wide range of depths, currents, and species.
Heavy Metal is built specifically for anglers fishing deeper water. Each Heavy Metal shipment includes 2 heavy-weight deep drop jigs ranging from approximately 350g–600g, selected for getting down efficiently in greater depths and stronger current.
Jigs include rigged assist hooks or matched terminal components where applicable, so they’re ready to fish right out of the box.

I started fishing the these jigs a few years ago but just started the jig of the month club. I mostly fish in Southern California. These jigs swim very well and put me on the fish. The variety of fish is crazy. From lingcod to bluefin tuna. The jigs are ready to fish and you don’t need to replace the assist hooks.
Jig of the month is a GREAT value! I look forward to my delivery each month. Jig-On!

I spend a lot of time slow pitch jigging off the so called Ventura coast, and absolutely love the variety of jigs that are being sent month over month. The fact that you’re mixing up colors and flutter styles in addition to fall speed gives me so many options when I’m out on the water. Also having jig of the month, saves me from having to constantly go to shops before every trip when i lose one to the sea monster. The more the merrier. I also appreciate that the size of the jigs have all been around 200 g give or take 50 which is ideal for the SoCal waters that I fish. The hooks and swivels have been top notch and never an issue. In addition to the quality of the hooks the Paint, glow and eyes have always been of great quality even after using jigs and catching 40-50 fish, the jig still hold true and look great. Lastly I do appreciate that. I get an email ahead of time saying that my subscription is going to renew.. while I will not cancel that communication is very important to me. Please keepPlease keep those watermelon color knife jigs coming…love them.

Would like some heavier jigs but very nice so far and I’m enjoying them.

Cool concept but the jigs are not what I selected I slow pitch all I get are streakers mostly and the last 2 months came with Easter stickers lame one month did come with assist hooks that was cool but just jigs. nothing more nothing less.

Well I love the selection you put together in this package. I cannot wait to put it to the test. It included a baku jig. I did not even realize you had these jigs.
The jig of the month club never disappoints me. I like the selection. Sometimes they may seem to light but know that if you work it correctly you can make things happen on nice calm days on the water.
I live in washington state and I use them for everything from salmon to halibut
I absolutely love it!! I enjoy coming home to a surprise each month..especially using them to catch fish!
