Maxel Original Rage 90N Slow Pitch Jigging Reel - CLOSEOUT!

This is the last of the original Maxel Rage series. Once current inventory sells out, this version will be gone for good - pick it up while supplies last for a steal! *Warranty still applies - Parts/Service still available in the U.S.

The Maxel Rage 90N has long been considered one of the most powerful reels available for serious slow pitch jigging in ultra-deep water. Designed to handle heavy jigs and brutal fights, this reel has proven itself when targeting powerful species like amberjack, grouper, yellowfin tuna, and bluefin tuna.

This model represents the previous generation of the Rage series, preceding the newer Rage Pro lineup.

Many slow pitch anglers actually prefer the narrower spool design, as it keeps line stacking tighter and more controlled during vertical jigging. For anglers who like the feel and balance of a narrow reel, the Rage 90N remains a highly sought-after option.

Built for Deep Water Power

The Rage 90N features Maxel’s proven engineering. Combined with M-Power Torsion Mechanics, a gradual drag cam, and a dual carbon fiber drag system, the reel delivers serious cranking torque and the smoothest drag performance out there.

The rigid aluminum construction, precision gearing, and corrosion-resistant finish ensure this reel holds up in harsh offshore environments.

Key Features

• M-Power Torsion Mechanics for improved cranking torque
• Gradual drag cam for smoother drag adjustment and fewer break-offs
• Dual carbon fiber drag system for powerful and consistent drag pressure
• Precision cut gears for smooth operation
• Dual anodized finish for excellent corrosion resistance
• Extended handle arm with lightweight T-bar knob for improved leverage and comfort
• Narrow spool design preferred by many slow pitch jigging anglers
