The Johnny Jigs® Torpedo Moon Rock Glow Limited Edition brings one of the most distinctive finishes in the Johnny Jigs lineup to the proven Torpedo mold. This limited edition features a full white body with an all-UV green glow finish and a subtle chartreuse crackle pattern that creates the unique “Moon Rock” effect.
At first glance, the finish appears clean and bright, but closer inspection reveals the crackled glow texture that gives the jig extra visual depth and character. In the dark or at serious depth, the Moon Rock pattern comes alive and produces a glowing profile that predators can key in on quickly.
Built on the proven Torpedo mold, this jig is designed for a fast drop speed that makes it possible to fish efficiently in challenging current and drift conditions. Its balance-weighted design allows the jig to fall horizontally and produce a mild to moderate action under little to no line tension.
The Moon Rock Torpedo has proven itself on blackfin, yellowfin, and bluefin tuna, red grouper, snowy grouper, scamp grouper, red snapper, mutton snapper, queen snapper, wahoo, king mackerel, skipjack tuna, and blueline and golden tilefish.
