1. Warranty Coverage

Johnny Jigs warrants the Pro Jigger™ reel to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Johnny Jigs will, at its sole discretion, repair the reel or replace it with the same or a comparable model. There will be no charge for the covered repair or replacement itself; however, the customer may be responsible for applicable shipping costs associated with the warranty claim, repair, or replacement.

2. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship

  • Defects arising under normal recreational use

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dings, fading)

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect

  • Improper maintenance or failure to rinse after saltwater use

  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly

  • Corrosion caused by lack of proper cleaning

  • Damage from commercial, charter, or rental use

This warranty applies only to recreational use.

4. Shipping & Service Costs

Customers may be responsible for applicable shipping, handling, and insurance costs associated with a warranty claim, repair, or replacement.

Do not ship your reel to Johnny Jigs unless instructed to do so as part of the warranty claim process. If shipment of the reel is required, the appropriate instructions will be provided as part of your claim.

Johnny Jigs is not responsible for products shipped without authorization or contrary to the shipping instructions provided during the warranty claim process.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

All warranty claims must be submitted through the Johnny Jigs Warranty & Returns Portal.

Follow the instructions provided through the portal to submit your claim and any requested information or documentation, which may include proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos or video showing the problem.

Once your claim has been submitted, our team will review the information provided and contact you with the appropriate next steps.

Johnny Jigs reserves the sole right to determine the validity of warranty claims and the appropriate remedy.

6. Implied Warranties

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty unless otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Johnny Jigs shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of this product or breach of this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
