1. Warranty Coverage

Johnny Jigs warrants the Pro Jigger™ reel to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of original retail purchase. This limited warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Johnny Jigs will, at its sole discretion, repair the reel or replace it with the same or comparable model, at no cost to the customer other than shipping.

2. What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Defects arising under normal recreational use

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dings, fading)
  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, or neglect
  • Improper maintenance or failure to rinse after saltwater use
  • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or disassembly
  • Corrosion caused by lack of proper cleaning
  • Damage from commercial, charter, or rental use

This warranty applies only to recreational use.

4. Shipping & Service Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs when sending reels in for service.
  • Johnny Jigs recommends using a trackable shipping method.
  • We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments sent to us for service.

5. How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim:

  1. Email info@johnnyjigs.com with:
    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
    • A description of the issue
    • Photos or video clearly showing the problem
  2. Our support team will respond with a case number and shipping instructions.
  3. Once received, we will assess the reel and determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage.

Johnny Jigs reserves the sole right to determine the validity of claims and the appropriate remedy.

6. Implied Warranties

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Any implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the one-year duration of this written warranty unless otherwise required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Johnny Jigs shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of this product or breach of this warranty.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.

8. Governing Law

This warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
