At Johnny Jigs®, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want you fishing with confidence. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To begin a return, please visit your customer account portal:

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original condition
  • Item must be returned in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

We do not charge a restocking fee.

If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return Shipping

  • Customer provides return shipping.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items such as rods and reels.
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom-spooled reels or custom-modified products
  • Used line (braid, mono, fluorocarbon once opened or spooled)
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Items purchased from our Final Sale collection

Items in our Final Sale collection cannot be returned or refunded.

Warranty-related claims are handled separately under the applicable product warranty policy.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Processing times depend on your bank or credit card provider.

If you have not received your refund after confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company
  3. Contact your bank

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange, contact info@johnnyjigs.com prior to returning your item.
