Non-Warranty Eligible Damage:
In cases where the damage is not covered by the warranty (such as missing parts, accidental damage, misuse, inadequate care, or normal wear and tear), we still have you covered. We will offer a replacement rod at a discounted charge. An estimate detailing the cost of the replacement will be provided to you.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim

- Carefully package the rod to prevent damage during transit.
- Retain all shipping receipts for reference.
- Enclose a copy of your proof of purchase.

Payment for Replacement Rod
If you are offered a replacement rod at a discounted charge, payment must be made to Johnny Jigs before the shipment of the replacement.
