Meet the NEW Johnny Jigs SJ Railer Jigging Rod. This design concept has been developed since early 2022 after our first San Diego Bluefin Tuna trip and has reached it's finished state. We have been deep dropping Florida waters with this rod since June of 2022. The Slow Jig Railer offers a variety of functions; Strength and Length jigging in deep water, advantageous when fishing head boats, capabilities of planting to the rail on a big fish, matching with an electric or manual reel, and simply targeting large grade fish!
Made with a 90 degree carbon wrap on the back end and a 45 degree carbon wrap ahead of the extended fore grip allows the rod to have serious power in the back end while retaining a softness to the tip end when flipping jigs.
